Our Algarve holiday apartment you see in the picture, viewed from the golf driving range, is on the ground floor. The lounge-dining room contains: a three seat sofa/double bed, two seat sofa, fireside seating, satellite TV, Hi-Fi system and dining table & chairs for eight .  There are three double bedrooms, the main one with king size bed and en suite bathroom, including: Jacuzzi bath with shower over, twin wash basins, w.c. and bidet.   The second bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin, w.c. and bidet.  The kitchen has: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, full oven & hob, settings for eight and plenty of equipment.   The utility room houses a washing machine and drier, iron & ironing board and stores the ample Garden Furniture.  All the fixtures, fittings and equipment are of a very high standard. The lounge and two of the bedrooms in this holiday apartment have southeast facing terraces directly overlooking the golf driving range.  It accommodates a maximum of six guests, making a very comfortable holiday apartment. We may consider in addition two children or babies. A cleaning and  laundry service is provided. It is one kilometre from the hustle and bustle of the main entrance.

The two nearest beaches from this golf village apartment: Santa Eulalia and Maria Luisa are across the road, a 10 minute stroll from either side of the Village entrance.  Further along the road to the East, only minutes away by car, is Olhos da Agua, which has a superb beach, including a fishermans area and one or two very good restaurants. The main beaches of Praia d'Oura and Albufeira are of course also close by this Algarve Golf Village.

Balaia Golf Village has an eight seat minibus service to and from Albufeira in peak periods.

Discretely interspersed in sub tropical gardens there are: villas, apartments, six outdoor swimming pools each with it's own children's pool, four all weather tennis courts, an indoor sports centre comprising: heated indoor swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, steam and massage rooms. In the main season, a 'Kids Club' is run three mornings a week by the number 2 outdoor pool.  Some of the pools have a table tennis table alongside.
