These prices are for a maximum of six guests.

All electricity, television and water charges are included in the rental as are end of week maid service and linen/towel change. We can arrange for additional maid sevice and laundry changes for an additional charge, payable by you with your rental balance.

We do not normally accept bookings for less than seven nights, but please ask if you require a shorter stay.

A booking that spans two price periods will be charged pro rata.

You can make a confirmed booking by completing our booking form which we will send you on request and returning it to us with your cheque for 25% of the rental price. The balance becomes due six weeks before the start of your holiday.

Cancellation charges do apply. Please ask for details.

Please note that check in on your day of arrival is not guaranteed before 16.00 hours although Balaia staff will do their best to ready the apartment earlier for you.  Check out is by 10.00 hours on your day of departure.
